- A brush broom
- A mop

What are the places to remember for effective spring cleaning?
- baseboards : dust really gets stuck everywhere, and it tends to accumulate on baseboards. Don’t forget when vacuuming to use the small brush to suck up the dust on the baseboards. Another option: wipe over a microfiber cloth.
- Switches and door handles : we touch these places every day, and not necessarily with clean hands. It is therefore essential to clean and disinfect them regularly. We advise you to dust the top of the switches with a brush and a microfiber cloth and then to rub them with a toothbrush or a cloth moistened with a mixture of hot water and White vinegar. Do the same on all door handles.
- The lights: the tops of the luminaires and the lampshades are veritable dust nests. The result: dust that accumulates, but also less light. Turn off the electricity and take a damp microfiber cloth and rub all your lampshades, not forgetting the bulbs. Do it once or twice a year.
- Shutters : if you remember to clean the windows as soon as the sun comes up, you forget to polish the shutters. If you do it regularly, the task will be much easier and faster. Prepare in a bowl of hot water and Marseille’s soap and rub your shutters with a sponge and this preparation, then rinse.
- Curtains : There are several ways to clean your curtains. If they go in the washing machine, it’s the easiest. Otherwise, you can vacuum them with your vacuum cleaner, or use an even more effective steam cleaner.
- Remote controls, telephones and computer keyboards : these are nests of bacteria. So to avoid transmitting germs between family members, remember to disinfect them every week with a cloth and white vinegar.
- Inside the trash cans : if we remember to clean the traces on the outside of the trash can, fewer of us disinfect the inside of it. And yet, very often there are crumbs or drips. Once a month, clean the garbage can in the shower or bathtub, it’s easier to rinse it. Rub with white vinegar and rinse with warm water. To fight against bad smells, place a cup with baking soda that you will change every two weeks.
- Reusable shopping bags : we take them everywhere with us, we put them on the ground, in the trunk of the car… In short, they hang around everywhere and are also breeding grounds for bacteria. The easiest way is to put them in the washing machine, but they may shrink. You can also wash them by hand with a little Marseille soap and hot water.
- The radiators: dust likes to accumulate behind radiators. To remove, hang a microfiber cloth on a metal hanger and slide it up and down behind the radiator.
- The tops of the frames: remember to dust the top of your frames when you do the dusting.
