In the north of the country, the Lauca National Park extends over 1,378 km² on the border with Bolivia. Here you will discover the grandiose landscapes of the Altiplano and its exceptional wildlife. Perched at 4,500 m above sea level, Chungará is one of the highest lakes in the world. You will undoubtedly see the adorable alpacas and llamas grazing near the shore, with the silhouette of the Parinacota volcano (6,342 m) in the background.
