A sports car in the opposite lane loses control completely – and the police is millimeters from being crushed.
Pictures show him miraculously throwing himself to the side.
It was on Monday that the policeman had stopped for a routine traffic control in Fairfax, in the United States.
The police car’s images show him calmly leaning into a parked car when one from the opposite side suddenly gets skidded – at a very high speed – and thunders into the traffic control.
The police swerves to the side just as the sports car crashes in and manages to escape the car by just a few millimetres. According to Fairfax County Police, the man escaped with minor injuries. The driver of the stopped car was taken to hospital but reportedly escaped with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the police, the sports car, a BMW M3, was driven by a young person who – miraculously enough – escaped with minor injuries. The youth is now suspected of careless driving.
