“Our training is quite expensive, so that money is welcome,” says Visser. “We can attract good youth trainers with it and we can use it to pay for the long trips of our selection teams.” The O21 of Hercules alone had to travel to South Limburg four times last season. “It’s nice if you can bear those costs as a club, and don’t have to pass it on to parents and players.”
