(Finance) – Il total number of shares that are part of the agreement on Heraa multiservice company listed on Euronext Milan, decreased from 682,586,858 to 682,478,194, with a relative decrease in the percentage of share capital from 45.82538% to 45.81809%; the overall number of voting rights conferred was reduced from 1,354,792,909 to 1,354,652,511 and the relative percentage of the total voting rights that make up the share capital was reduced from 60.77585% to 60.76421%.
The pact has as its object the methods of exercising the right to vote and transfer of the shareholdings held in Hera by members.
The reduction in the shares adhering to the agreement is the result of the sales made by the shareholders Municipality of Montefiorino (-50,000 shares) e Municipality of Portico San Benedetto (-58,664 shares), as a result of sales operations on the market carried out independently.
