(Finance) – The Group Hera, through the subsidiary Herambiente Servizi Industriali (HASI), today signed a binding agreement for a long-term partnership which provides for theacquisition of 60% of Reggiani Albertino’s ACR company (hereinafter ACR), one of the major Italian companies in the field of reclamation, industrial waste treatment, decommissioning of industrial plants and civil works related to oil & gas, with its headquarters in Mirandola (Modena). In addition, some remediation and global service activities carried out by HASI will flow into the new company.
An unprecedented operation that gives life to the first national operator in reclamation and global service activities, with a widespread presence throughout the Italian peninsula.
The details of the operation
The current ownership of ACR (Reggiani family) will remain within the new corporate structure with 40%. In order to regulate future governance, a Shareholders’ Agreement will be signed which will provide for a Board of Directors of the new ACR composed of 5 members, of which 3 appointed by the Hera Group and 2 by the Reggiani family, with the designation of the brothers Alberto and Claudio Reggiani as Directors Delegates.
