(Finance) – Hera was admitted by the Revenue Agency to Collaborative Compliance regime starting from the 2022 tax year. The institution, further strengthened by the tax reform currently being implemented, allows constant and preventive discussions with the Revenue Agency in order to acquire certainty on complex tax issues.
Thanks to this mode of interaction, ensured by a reliable system of Tax Control Frameworkthe Tax Authority carries out its own analysis in a preventive and continuous manner.
Hera’s admission to the regime responds to the growing interest on the part of stakeholders and the company towards prudent and balanced fiscal policiesand ensures the very strengthening of good corporate governance from the point of view of interactions with the Revenue Agency.
