Henrik Larsson broke a new Swedish record in the 100 meters with a time of 10.13 in the semi-finals at the SM before he also won gold.
In 200 metres, it was not a record that Larsson had hoped for – but a new gold.

There were also medals from Värmland through Melwin Lycke Holm, Kils AIK, who won the high jump at 2.16 and thus took his third gold in the senior SC. IF Göta’s Hanna Karlsson won SM silver in the 400-meter hurdles and clubmate Kaiza Karlén took bronze in the long jump after jumping 6.26 meters.
