In addition to the Finnish Championship medals, the Helsinki Ice Hall will compete in two places to the World Championships in Formation Skating.
The Helsinki Figure Skating Club’s Helsinki Rockettes will lead the Finnish Championship Skating Championships after Saturday’s short program with a score of 78.64. The Team Unique of Helsingfors Skridskoklubb is second 0.71 points from the tip.
– It felt particularly good to skate. The atmosphere was cozy because we practice regularly here. The whole team had a relaxed and confident on the ice, the captain of Helsinki Rockettes Eveliina Tikkinen Said in the Figure Skating Association bulletin.
Third in the competition is the Lumineers representing Espoo Synchronized Skates. The Marigold Ice Unity of Helsinki Skating is fourth.
The World Championships in Formation Skating will be held at the Helsinki Ice Hall in April.
