Heliovaara and Patten advance to the semifinals of the Australian

Harri Heliövaara and Henry Patten made it to the top four in the tennis Australian Open.

Harri Heliövaara and his British counterpart Henry Patten advanced to the men’s doubles semifinals at the Australian Open tennis tournament. The duo brought down Monaco Hugo Nysin and France by Edouard Roger-Vasselin set 6-3, 7-5.

Ranked sixth, Heliövaara and Patten have cleared all four of their matches in the first grand slam tournament of the season without losing a set.

Oskari Paldanius made his way to the top eight in the boys division. Paldanius defeated the Russian Egor Pleshivtsev 6-3, 6-2. Paldanius advanced to the quarterfinals for the first time at the Junior grand slam level.
