Helen Alfredsson sues ex-husband Kenta Nilsson

Almost two years ago, Helen Alfredsson and Kenta Nilsson separated, for the second time.
Now she suits her ex-husband.
– We shouldn’t have to do this, she tells Expressen.

They were met by chance on the hockey player Ulf “Lill-Pröjsarn” Nilssons wedding in 1999. It struck no sparks directly between the former golf professional Helen Alfredsson59, and former NHL legend Kent “Kenta” Nilsson68. But they still thought for each other, so they chose to get married in April 2005.

Kenta and Helen found back to each other

After that, Nilsson and Alfredsson were one of Sweden’s most famous sports couples for many years. Kenta is one of the country’s largest NHL profiles of all time with 686 points in 553 matches in, among others, Calgary Flames, Edmonton Oilers and Minnesota North Stars. Helen is also one of Sweden’s foremost in her sport. She won a major and four LPGA victories during her career.

In 2016, they chose to differ, but it only took a couple of years before they were actually together again. In 2019, Kenta Nilsson told Expressen that they found each other back. But at that time they ignored getting married.
“I am really proud that we managed to find each other back,” Helen Alfredsson said in an interview with Halland News.

Helen Alfredsson’s words about the breakup

A few years later, in more specifically, in 2023, they went different ways again. She wrote in a text message to Sportbladet that: “It’s over”. Now, almost two years later, she appears that she suits her ex-man. Expressen writes that there have been documents to Varberg’s district court where it appears that the golf star wants to demolish the housing division that concerns her property in Kungsbacka.
– It’s so absurd. We had a cohabitation agreement. It was a simple cohabitation agreement. What is mine is mine and what is his is his. And he has already been and picked up his stuff, she tells the evening newspaper.

Alfredsson does not want Nilsson to be added to any part of the property, because it is she who owns it. In addition, she wants the district court to release her from the obligation to pay a cash amount of SEK 391,796 to him.
– The house is standing on me. Law speed stands on me. All payments that are on the house are on me. Kent has been and picked up his stuff which I have on text messages. There should be no weirdness. We should not have to do this even, but now we do it and then I must take it, she says.
– That’s what it is. I have no comments, Kenta tells Expressen.

So sad that you came here, Helen and Kenta. Hope it can resolve between you in the future. Good luck with everything.
