Hedin points out the highlights from the Sweden International Horse Show

Sweden International Horse Show is over for this time.
Then TV4 expert Carl Hedin sums up four intense days of competition.
– It’s great fun with a young girl who takes it for herself, says Hedin about Petronella Andersson’s impressive victory in the Grand Prix show jumping.

Petronella Andersson secured the long-awaited jumping victory during the fourth and final evening of the Sweden International Horse Show.

The somewhat jarring victory in Andersson’s Grand Prix debut meant that Sweden did not have to go winless from the jumping classes – something that was also rewarded with a place among Carl Hedin’s best from SIHS.

– It finally came late, during the riot, in the form of Petronella Andersson. Great riding, great horse. Great fun that it was a bit unexpected, there probably weren’t that many people who had bet on Petronella initially. It’s great fun with a young girl taking over, explained the TV4 expert from the studio on site at Friends Arena.

In addition to Andersson’s victory, the weekend also offered Kristjan Magússon’s victory, show numbers galore and, above all, top-class world-class equestrian sports.
