There is no longer a code yellow for Utrecht. A heavy thunderstorm passed through the province, but it did not cause major damage. Earlier today, the KNMI warned of extreme weather conditions. That is why code orange applied in seven provinces, in Utrecht it remained with code yellow. The province is now turning green again.
