    – A passing motorist saw the flames from a major road. It was like a big May bonfire when we arrived. The house will burn down. We don’t put out the fire, but stand and watch, says Lars Lindberg, line operator at the rescue service.

    There are no reports of personal injuries. The police have routinely opened a preliminary investigation into arson, a crime classification that does not mean that someone has to be dead.
