There were people in the building when the fire broke out.

According to information to The evening paper witnesses have seen people set fire to the building. The police have opened a preliminary investigation into arson, but cannot confirm the information.

– Right now, the police’s focus is to block it off so that the emergency services can let the building burn down in a controlled manner. Then we will hold interviews with people in the area, and we want to do that as soon as possible, says Rebecka Landberg.
