Olena Zelenska, wife of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, spoke on Wednesday before the US Congress.
In a trembling voice, she told of the four-year-old girl Lisa she met, who was killed in a Russian missile attack in Vinnytsia in July.
At the same time, Zelenska demanded more weapons from the United States, clarifying that they would only be used to protect the country.
