Health Italia, half-yearly revenues rise to 19.2 million euros

Health Italia 2022 opens with strong growth margins

(Finance) – Health Italya company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the Italian market of supplementary healthcare and the offer of solutions for the well-being of families and company employees, closed the first semester of 2022 with Net revenues equal to 19.2 million euros, showing an increase of 4% compared to the same period of 2021, with a contribution of 63% respectively from the “Healthcare and Services” division, 32% from the “Medical services” division, 2% of the “Nutraceutical & Cosmeceutical” division and 3% of the “Real Estate” division.

L’EBITDA it is equal to 3.2 million euros, in line with the gross operating margin of the first half of the previous year (3.3 million). L’EBITDA Margin it stands at 16.5% of net revenues, recording a slight decrease compared to the first half of 2021 (17.9%) determined by a moderate increase in external costs and labor costs when compared to the growth in net revenues. The result for the year it closed with a profit of € 2.3 million, compared to the same period of 2021 (profit of € 0.1 million) due to the recognition of an extraordinary capital gain deriving from a real estate transaction.

There Net financial position is equal to 12.1 million euros, with an increase of approximately 1.8 million compared to 31 December 2021. The amount of net financial debt at 30 June 2022 includes the amount of the convertible bond loan registered in Health Italia equal to 10 million euros.
