Health Italia, 9-month EBITDA rises to 4.1 million. Stable revenues

Health Italia largest shareholder drops below 25

(Finance) – Health Italya company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the Italian market of supplementary healthcare and the offer of solutions for the well-being of families and company employees, has closed its first nine months of 2023 with Net revenues equal to 25.1 million euros, in line (-0.7%) compared to the same period of the previous year. The trend is due to the deconsolidation process of the Nutraceuticals and Real Estate divisions in the reference period 2023, which was balanced by the increase in revenues in the “core” Business Units.

The division Healthcare and Servicescontributes 73.1% to net revenues, while the division Medical Services with 26.9%.

L’EBITDA is equal to 4.1 million euros, up by 13.1% compared to 3Q 2022.EBITDA Margin stands at 16.5% of net revenues, recording growth of approximately 2 percentage points compared to the third quarter of 2022 (14.5%).

“In the first 9 months of the year, the results indicate an improvement in margins compared to the previous year – commented theAD Livia Foglia – This increase is attributable to the excellent performance of the core Healthcare and Services division as well as the correct balance between the implementation of one company policy oriented towards saving and the strategy of targeted investments in strategic infrastructures capable of increasing our level of competitiveness”.
