The inspection is now critical that a number of shortcomings were also seen two years ago. But there are also bright spots: “The inspection is positive about the fact that De Wijde Wereld, unlike in 2022, has started working on improving the quality of care by making a number of policy choices, such as scaling down the size of the organization and involving support for the manager, supervision and team coaching.”
