Synthetic cannabinoids, in particular, we detect the most in substances.There is something like the cardiac effects of synthetic cannabinoids; when we get excited, when we are stressed, our sympathetic nervous system is activated, the work of our nervous system is accelerated, this nervous system activation is high, excessive and palpitations due to the use of synthetic cannabinoids. It causes an increase in blood pressure and vascular rupture, resulting in a heart attack due to coronary artery vascular rupture and endothelial rupture.
“EVEN ONCE IT CAUSES HEART MUSCLE DEATH”

Dr. Demirkıran said, “There is no study on this, but in recent years, according to our own data, there has been a 3-fold increase in heart attacks under the age of 35. Unfortunately, the diagnosis of synthetic cannabinoids cannot be made. We cannot detect whether synthetic cannabinoids are used in urine or blood tests. Therefore, the rates given in Turkey are high, and a definite diagnosis cannot be made for all of them. We understand from there that he used synthetic cannabinoids by asking the patient and his relatives, not from the urine tests. Of course, since we have special AMATEM units that look after these patients, of course, we can identify them. It is natural that it is detected more in the Çorlu region because the diagnosis and treatment center is there. Therefore, we can say that there is a slight increase in the Çerkezköy region in the Çorlu region, but this is entirely due to the presence of the medical equipment and AMATEM unit there.
