US President Joe Biden stated that he would not back down and apologize for his words “This man should not stay in power” for Russian President Vladimir Putin, but that no one would believe that the USA would overthrow Putin.
Biden answered journalists’ questions after making statements at the White House regarding the fiscal year 2023 budget he presented to Congress today.
“I CAN’T STEP BACK”
