The three-starred chef successfully takes on his role as a juror in the 13th edition of Top Chef on M6. Alongside Philippe Etchebest, Hélène Darroze and Paul Pairet, he succeeds Toulousain Michel Sarran at the head of the orange brigade.
He refused to participate in Top Chef as a candidate
When he was younger, Glenn Viel was offered by the production of Top Chef to participate in the show as a candidate. Proposal that he declined many times: “I am a coward, me! I was however often asked to participate, when I was younger. I am not a man in competition, I was always recalibrated. If there were barriers to cross, I went underneath! What I like the most is to take up challenges as a team”, explained the chef in the columns of TV 7 Days in February 2022.
