He prefers to play a woman so that he can have a romance with himself

In Dragon Age you can enter into relationships with different figures. An actor of the role -playing game prefers to seduce himself.

Who is it about? Gareth David-Lloyd (43) is a British actor who is known for his role in the Scifi series Torchwood. There he embodied Ianto Jones.

In 2014, the 43-year-old achieved additional awareness among gamers, especially among role-playing fans, when he lent his voice to the companion “Solas” in Dragon Age: Inquisition. In 2024 he returned to the role of Solas in Dragon Age: The Veilguard.

At the York Comic Con, Gareth David-Lloyd asked himself the questions of some fans. One of the questions was with which figure he had in Dragon Age: Inquisition a relationship (via TikTok).

Dragon Age: The Veilguard is the latest part of the role-playing series. Here you can see a trailer:

The actor goes the extra mile to lead a relationship with yourself

Which romance chose the actor? Gareth David-Lloyd explains that he was the first to enter into a romance with Josephine Montilyet in Dragon Age: Inquisition. However, that was “miserable”. Next he tried Cassandra Pentaghast. “Yes, that was good,” he concluded.

In the third run, the actor then played a female character and had a relationship with Solas. However, he did not speak of Solas, but said humorously: “Last time I created a female figure and started a romance with myself – which was the best.”

In the comments of the Tikok video, which the question and answer session with Gareth David-Lloyd shows, some users joke that this fits perfectly with the figure Solas. This would also have a relationship with itself.

How popular is Dragon Age: Inquisition? Dragon Age: Inquisition is highly valued by many role-playing fans and even received the award for the game of the year in 2014. The 11-year-old title is on the Metacritic review platform with a strong 85 rating.

For 10 years, players were waiting for a continuation of the series before the long -awaited successor came with Veilguard in 2024. However, this divides the community. While some find a very praise, others are very critical: the press and Metacritic praise Dragon Age: The Veilguard and that will cause a huge argument with the players
