21-year-old Illias “nuc” Bizriken (21) had a bad day on Saturday, February 17th. He and his team BDS were in a knockout round against the Mad Lions in League of Legends and didn’t play well. But things got even worse after that – because the defeat had repercussions on Twitter.
What kind of match was that?
Midlaner had a weak day
How did nuc perform? The midlaner from Team BDS, nuc, found it difficult to get into the match:
In the first games he played a disappointing 0-2-1 against Azir. Match 2 was also lost to Corki with 2-3-4.
In Match 3 and 4, Team BDS was able to turn the tide again and equalize to 2:2.
Match 5 was then lost again. Here the opposing midlaner on Azir was able to excel with 5-0-3, while Nuc on Corki remained rather pale with 2-2-1.
Nuc is provoked and loses his temper
What was the discussion like after the match?? On reddit, the discussion mainly focused on top laner Adam, who instead of watching his team sulks and plays solo cue.
What did nuc get? The midlaner “nuc” received nasty criticism from e-sports commentator Thorin on Twitter.
He sarcastically congratulated him on Twitter as the MVP of the series. Without him, the Mad Lions, his opponents, would not have won. nuc showcased his entire skillset.
This is how Nuc reacted: He flamed Thorin, who was “the biggest dog in the business”. Thorin should “fuck himself deeply” and also “suck his cock”.
Then Thorin said: He had obviously achieved his goal and countered coolly: “I won’t advise you to fuck yourself, because you must be tired because you fucked your team so much.”
The German LoL expert Tolkin expects that the LEC will punish nuc:
This is what lies behind it: It’s nasty to be treated like that in the bitterest moment, but the German LoL expert Tolkin assumes that he will now receive a punishment from the LEC for this verbal derailment because, as a professional player, he has to adhere to rules of conduct that do not apply to Thorin .
Riot Games sets high standards here.
Who is Thorin? Thorin used to be a respectable commentator for LoL and CS:GO. In recent years, however, it has developed in a provocative direction.
