Hana Horka, the soloist of Asonance, one of the famous music groups in Czechia, announced that she recovered from her social media account after knowingly infecting herself with the coronavirus when her husband and son were infected with the virus in order to be exempt from the restrictions imposed due to the coronavirus. Horka shared on Sunday, “I got rid of the delta mutation. It was very colorful. Hooray, I have a sauna now, I have a social life, I can swim. In other words, there will be theatre, sauna, concert and a little sea in my life. I wish you all a nice day. Life is here for me and for you.”

However, singer Hana Horka died on Tuesday, 2 days after her post. Making a statement regarding the death of his mother, Jan Rek said, “My mother was sick for 5 days. I didn’t realize at first that he had infected himself with the coronavirus. Because he didn’t isolate himself. Later I learned that when my father and I got the virus, he also got the virus on purpose. At first she had a PCR test and the result was negative. Then she realized she was sick and had a second test, it was positive. My father and I were vaccinated, we survived the disease mildly. It only took 3 days. But my mother did not want to be vaccinated. My mother’s illness lasted 5 days. He wasn’t feeling well. On the last day, he woke up in the morning, changed his clothes and went for a walk. When he got home, he said his back hurt. “We told him to lie down and he apparently died within 10 minutes.”
Emphasizing that his mother did not believe in conspiracy theories about vaccines even though she did not get vaccinated, Rek said, “His opinion was that the idea of catching coronavirus is better than being vaccinated.”
