When the cultivation inspiration Johannes Wätterbäck found a bunch of eggs from killer snails under a potato bucket, he wanted to try something new. From the 19 grams of eggs he found, he made killer snail roe. – I have treated them with salt water and then I usually squeeze a little lemon over and add a little absinthe too so it becomes like a modern tequila race, a little like an aperitif you could say, says Johannes in Efter fem.
