But now come the harsh words about the Swedish NHL star that no supporter wants to hear.

It was 2012 that Jakob Silfverberg left Brynäs and Swedish hockey most recently. At the time, he was newly crowned Swedish champion and named the most valuable player of the entire SC playoffs.

Within a week, Silfverberg is leaving North America for good and the plan is to move back home to Sweden. Most likely, the former team captain will return to Brynäs again and soon we will also know if it will be HockeyAllsvenskan or SHL he will play in.

On the way to Brynäs

Gävleklubben is only four wins away from a return to the Swedish top flight and then Jakob Silfverberg will be a dream reinforcement to establish himself in the SHL. But the Swedish hockey expert Per Svartvadet is not as convinced that it is a dream signing for Brynäs. Now he comes with the harsh words that the supporters do not want to hear at all.
– It will be a reinforcement, but he will not score points immediately. We saw that during the World Cup that he has lost some, which you do in the fall of age. But he will be useful for Brynäs, says Svartvadet to Radiosporten.
