After months of speculation, the explanation finally came: Princess Kate has cancer. In a video published on Friday evening, she said that it was discovered after her planned abdominal surgery in January and that she has now started chemotherapy.
After the announcement, Prince Harry and Meghan sent a greeting.

Commenting on the announcement, Rishi Sunak urged people to respect Kate’s and the family’s privacy.
“My thoughts are with the Princess of Wales, the Prince of Wales, the Royal Family and especially their three children at this difficult time,” writes British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on X.
Even King Charles has commented on the news via Buckingham Palace.
