Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris has accepted CNN’s invitation to a debate on October 23 with Democratic candidate Donald Trump.
Harris writes on X, formerly Twitter, that she “will gladly accept a second debate” and that she hopes Trump will participate.
But that doesn’t seem to be the case now.
Trump has wanted
After the first debate between Harris and Trump on September 10, he said that he will not appear in any more debates.
After that, however, he has opened up to running if “he feels like it”. But recently he wrote, in capital letters, on his own social media channel Truth Social that there “will be no third debate”.
And during a campaign meeting in North Carolina, the ex-president repeats himself again: There will be no more.
