The affected products are Goldbears (80 grams), Pacifiers Fruit (80 grams), Pacifiers Licorice (80 grams), Pacifiers Foam (120 grams), Pacifiers Cola (80 grams), Fruktilurer Fruit & Berries (80 grams), St. Pacifiers Fruit & Foam (170 grams), Matador mix (275 grams) and Matador mix (1,000 grams).
The products will be able to be returned
The recall only applies to certain batches of the products. More precise information about which products are contaminated can be found in one press release on Haribo’s website.
“The cause of the small metal particles has been clearly identified and measures have already been taken internally to avoid a similar case in the future,” writes Haribo.
Consumers can return the affected products to the place of purchase.
