In order to do so, the intervention force has several tools at its disposal. Equipment that the usual police do not have.
– We have protection for our own staff, such as helmets and body protection, shields and more. Then we have a different armor than the common police, says Johan Höglund.

“Hard to answer the criticism”
The police’s efforts have been criticized from different directions. Johan Höglund says that he currently has no opportunity to comment or respond to the criticism.
– I understand that there are many questions to answer about these types of events. But I can’t go in and evaluate and assess what is right or wrong. I don’t have all the puzzle pieces myself. So it is very difficult to answer that criticism, says Johan Höglund.
