It Began when an Officer Saw A Man at 7:30 am Cycling Against the Flow of Traffic, Turned on the Flashing Lights, Stopped the Man and Spoke to Him Through TheRegh The Cruiser’s Passenger Window, Sarnia Police Said in a News Release.
