It’s been a lot of Jamina Roberts these past few days. The European Handball Association has just released a longer meeting with the star before the European Championships, she has been a guest on Carina Bergfeldt’s talk show and made her debut in Donald Duck.
– A bit annoying, laughs Roberts.
– No, but I think it’s fun that what we handball players do is shown and seen. Then I can get a little uncomfortable almost in the attention.
Why?
– I think it’s just the way I am. On the handball court, I have no problem embarrassing myself or daring. But in other contexts I might be a little more shy.
Will read to daughter
Roberts describes the recording of Carina Bergfeldt as mature and serious, although it was also relaxed. Being portrayed in the latest issue of Donald Duck is something else.
– This is more for children and it’s fun. It’s something I can go home and read to Lou (her daughter ed. note).
Not for the partner?
– Well then, I think it might be read aloud at Christmas. Everyone gets one for Christmas.
