Can steal Sweden’s place in the playoffs

– When they won the EC, we had a four-goal lead. Then they snatched a semi-final from us. We’ll see if we get the chance, but it would have been really fun to get revenge, says former Sävehof player Vetle Eck Aga in perfect Swedish.

In the meeting with Sweden, he will be pitted against his former coach Michael Apelgren and former teammate Sebastian Karlsson.

– It will be fantastic. It’s old Sävehof vibes. We like to compete against each other and nobody wants to lose. Even if the match is insignificant I will go out to win against them.

The star left injured

However, Norway may have suffered a heavy setback. Star Sander Sagosen left the match against Spain limping with less than a minute left. According to the doctor in Norway, Tomas Torgalsen, it is a calf injury.

– He said it sounded a little and that is not a good sign. We’ll see, but that would be a shame. We know how much he means to us. If he doesn’t play, it’s a real loss. We hope he will be there, says Eck Aga.
