Hamas has released the names of three hostages that are expected to be released to Israel in a prison exchange on Saturday, states a spokesman at Telegram, AFP reports.
Israel confirms that they have received a list of names on the three hostages, writes the News Agency.
The prison exchange is part of the first phase of the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas.
Since the ceasefire began on January 19, 18 hostages have been released, the BBC reports. Israel has since released 383 Palestinians who have been imprisoned.
In total, Hamas will release 33 hostages, and Israel will release about 1,900 imprisoned Palestinians during the first phase of the ceasefire.
