Half-Life 2 and Dishonored artistic director Viktor Antonov is working on an innovative single-player game set in apocalyptic hell.
Half-life 2 and Dishonored’s artistic director’s studio, “Eschalogy Entertainment”, Viktor Antonov, is working on a Souls-like FPS single-player game set in an apocalyptic world. The game tells the story of a gunslinger in a world on the brink of extinction. Although it is currently under development, the game’s release date or trailer has not yet been released.
Eschatology Entertainment is currently working on an AAA Souls-like FPS game
Viktor Antonov has previously worked on several popular games, including Quake II, Wolfenstein: The New Order, Fallout 4, and Doom. The art director, who founded Eschalogy Entertainment in 2022 with Fuad Kuliev, Dmytro Kostiukevych and Boris Nikolaev, previously worked at Wargaming.
Eschatology Entertainment’s AAA project, currently in development, is set to bring a new twist to the Souls-like genre. While there are a lot of Souls-like games already, there aren’t that many games with FPS gameplay of this genre. The game is narrative driven and we think it will probably inspire many future games.
