Every second person who is subjected to violations at work does not report what they have been exposed to, and when they do, only 50 percent of the reports lead to action by the employer.

This is shown by a new survey from the company Brilliant Future, which is based on responses from employee surveys. The most common reasons for bullying are gender, followed by ethnicity and age.

– According to the law, employers have a responsibility to prevent offensive differential treatment and that is why it is so very important that you constantly hear the facts about what it actually looks like in your organization so that you can act, says Sofie Johansson, employee survey expert Brilliant Future.
