(Finance) – Haiki+a company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market (“EGM”), announces that the company’s board of directors has approved today to co -opt, Giovanni Rosti by appointing him as the new CEO of the company.
The appointment of Rosti, reads a note, follows the resignation from the office of CEO of Claudio De Persio received today and the remission of the proxies by the CEO dott. Raimondo.
The company announces that De Persio will remain within the group and will continue to commit, in an even more dedicated way, to the development of the industrialization project of the perimeter of Haiki Cobat, the main area of growth of the entire group, while Raimondo will continue to fill the role of non -executive administrator of the company, as well as continuing to guide the Haiki Mine and Haiki Recycling divisions.
Based on the information available, neither Giovanni Rosti, nor Claudio De Persio hold the actions of the company.
