(Finance) – The shareholders’ meeting of H-Farman innovation platform listed on Euronext Growth Milan, ha appointed Paolo Bergamo as new member of the board of directors. Paolo Bergamo is CEO and Chairman of OverIT, a leading company in the Field Service Management software industry, where he aims to become one of the world’s leading Software as a Service (SaaS) players. Paolo is also Senior Advisor of Bain Capital, one of the most important private equity firms in the world.

The assembly also has also confirmed the entry of Roberto Lancellotti on the board. Senior advisor to companies and start-ups in the ICT, digital, innovation and fintech fields, Lancellotti is also part of the boards of directors of important Italian companies including INPS. Previously, he served as Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, assisting clients across multiple service sectors in transforming their large-scale operating and business models.
