(Finance) – H-FARMa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announces that on 24 December 2024 it received formal notification of a request for arbitration from thesignificant shareholder Giuseppe Miroglioand the shareholders Lumar, Carryllon Invest, Marco Consonni, Giorgio Consonni, Alessandro Consonni, Eastern Star, Odissea, Value Investors, Massimo Dell’Acqua, Sinv Holding and Marvit, holders overall of a participation in the share capital of the Company, represented by n . 35,036,497 shares equal to 17.50% of the share capital of the Company, who challenged the resolution of the extraordinary meeting of last November 12th which granted the board of directors a delegation to increase the share capital by a maximum of Euro 15 million in a divisible and progressive manner for a fee, to be offered as an option, consequently modifying the company bylaws.

The request, explains a note, is aimed at requesting the annulment of the resolution.
