(Finance) – H-Farman innovation platform listed on Euronext Growth Milan, announced that the capital increase concluded positively With the’full subscription of the 71,484,615 newly issued ordinary shares, for a value (including premium) of 7,863,307.65 euros.
During the offer period in option, which began on 5 February and ended on 23 February 2024, 101,276,424 option rights were exercised and, consequently, 56,264,680 new shares were subscribed, equal to 78.71% of the total new shares offered. The residues 27,395,883 unexercised option rights were offered on the Euronext Growth Milan market and sold entirely in the first session (27 February 2024). Today, all the remaining 15,219,935 new shares were subscribed.
In consideration of the completion of the capital increase, the subscribed and paid-up share capital of H-FARM is equal to 20,015,692.50 euros and is divided into 200,156,925 ordinary shares without indication of nominal value.
As already mentioned, following the Capital Increase operation, the company will proceed with repay the interest-bearing loan in full paid to her by CGN Futuro for a total of 3 million euros (to date fully requested by H-Farm).
