The man in his 30s who was found badly shot outside in Rinkeby in northwest Stockholm on Sunday has died, the police say.
The shooting happened in a parking lot next to a residential building in the area. Several people are said to have been seen running from the scene, according to witness statements to SVT.
According to sources for SVT, the victim is a well-known person in the criminal environment in the Järva area.
He has connections to the criminal network Death Squad, which is involved in an ongoing conflict in which several people have been killed so far.
