The TV profile and Melodifestivalaktualla Gunilla Persson is currently being treated in hospital, she announces herself in a post on Instagram. After being affected by what she describes as “terrible dizziness”, she had to go in emergency by ambulance.
“It’s not fun to be in the hospital. Had to go by ambulance here the day before yesterday due to terrible dizziness. Erika was with me the whole first night in the emergency room when they did a lot of tests and gave me medication through IV,” she writes.
Gunilla Persson postpones the trip to Sweden
She doesn’t know what it’s due to yet, but she’s grateful that it didn’t turn out to be worse than it was.
“I’m waiting for a physiotherapist who can probably help if it’s Vertigo or Crystal Sickness. No strokes and no tumors thank God in heaven. I have asked him a lot because I have to get well quickly,” she writes further.
Gunilla has now postponed the planned trip to Sweden for a couple of days. She competes in Melodifestivalen’s third competition in Växjö on February 17, but her entry “I Won’t Shake (La La Gunilla)”.
