The entrepreneur and the influencer Isabella Löwengrip33, has spoken candidly about who she thinks should foot the bill: The man. In SVT’s “Ekonomibyrån”, Löwengrip says that she is “traditionally” laid out and that she would “never in her life” pick up her wallet on a date.
– On the dates I’ve been on, I haven’t even picked up my wallet and that can create a very awkward situation when the bill comes on the table, she says in the program.

Her words would cause several to react. Including the comedian Johanna Nordström28, has stood on the other side of the half.
– Why should he pay for your fucking dinner? Why can’t you invite him instead?, she then said.
However, Löwengrip is not alone in thinking that the man should foot the bill. Even influencers like Hanna Friberg and Malin Norlander agree with.

– She ruins for all the women out there. She comes across as a perfect puck, she does. “I would never take out my card”, why then? Why? She wants the old traditional. Then she should be at home, cook, not work and take care of the children because that’s what the old traditions looked like, she said on the radio channel.

“The man has to pay for EVERYTHING! That a woman should even think of picking up her wallet when she’s out on a date is completely absurd in my book,” writes Persson and concludes with a call to all women:
