The police have found a gun at a recycling center in Linköping.
It is suspected to be a sharp weapon. The gun is seized and a weapons offense report is written. However, there is currently no suspect in the crime.

PST, the Norwegian equivalent of Säpo, lowers the terror threat level, reports TV2.
PST believes that the threat from Iran-linked actors against Jewish and Israeli targets has decreased.
“Even if the assessment of the threat from Iran-linked actors is adjusted downward, the threat from extremists against Jewish and Israeli targets in Norway remains elevated, as it was before October 8. The situation is very dynamic and can change at short notice,” they write in a press release.
In the last week, the municipality has found hand grenades at the A6 area in Jönköping. And the number rises with each. Today, 50 have been found, reports say SVT Jönköping.
A total of 180 have been found.
– We will continue to search during the day, says Fredrik Svärd, environmental engineer at Jönköping municipality, to the channel.
They plan to detonate the grenades tomorrow.

A 17-year-old boy was arrested during a police operation in Malmö last Wednesday evening, reports TV4 Nyheterna. The boy is suspected of preparation for murder.
– We suspect that a boy under the age of 18 has been hired by someone to carry out a serious act of violence. The teenage boy has come to Malmö but is not from the city, says police press spokesman Nils Norling to the channel.
The arrest took place in the Rosengård district, where a courtyard was cordoned off and several people were taken in for questioning.
In connection with that, the police suspected that the 17-year-old, who is said to have been beaten at the scene, was planning to commit a murder, according to TV4’s information.
The Inspectorate for Care and Care, Ivo, has carried out a national inspection of several beauty clinics that perform various types of treatments and interventions.
– We have seen serious flaws with major security flaws. In supervision, we have identified many unscrupulous actors and used tools to write bans and file criminal charges, says Peder Carlsson at Ivo.

A man has been charged with two rapes and a sexual molestation that is suspected of having taken place at the University Hospital in Uppsala in December 2021, the Public Prosecutor’s Office states in a press release.
The victim was a woman in her 50s who was hospitalized and treated for a serious medical condition.
– I mean that the man improperly took advantage of the woman who, due to her serious illness, was in a particularly vulnerable situation, says assistant prosecutor Karin Persson in a statement.
Inflation, according to the Riksbank’s measure CPIF, rose to 1.5 percent in October, up from 1.1 percent in September according to Statistics Sweden (SCB).

At least 200,000 liters of contaminated water has leaked into Gothenburg’s harbour, reports SVT Nyheter Väst.
It is about flushing water from cleaned ship tanks that leaked from a cistern in Skarvikshamnen. The leak was discovered by employees in mid-August.
The water has been shown to contain, among other things, PFAS and other chemicals. How much of it reached the nearby Göta River is unclear.
– It is clear that if it goes into the ground, it will spread. To what degree and to what extent we cannot assess now, says Gunnar Edlund, head of unit at the Västra Götaland County Administrative Board, to SVT.
The incident is being investigated as a suspected environmental crime.
During the night of Wednesday, someone stole the dog Isidor from the Hundstallet in Stockholm.
But after Aftonbladet’s article, the dog could be located and returned to its caretakers.

The police were able to act quickly and bring Isidor home.
Johnny Kroneld states that Isidor is now with a dog groomer and that he is fine but is very traumatized by the incident.
A man is said to have been beaten and threatened while he was resting in his car in Mölndal outside Gothenburg during the night.
According to the police, an unknown number of perpetrators allegedly got out of some cars and then threatened the man.
According to reports, one of the perpetrators hits with a baseball bat. Another perpetrator threatens with a weapon-like object,” the police write.
The man managed to drive away from the scene and no one has been arrested. The incident is classified as serious weapons offences, assault and illegal threats.

There is a real fire in an apartment building in Vimmerby,
The alarm came in at 05.51 and the emergency services have just extinguished the open flames.
– One of the apartments is burning heavily. We don’t know anything about the extent of the damage, we have smoke detectors in the fire-stricken apartment and we are trying to evacuate those who may be in the home, says Kenneth Söderberg at the Vimmerby rescue service.
The fire is concentrated in a single property, but there is a risk of spreading to other apartments.
Police and ambulance are also on site. No one has had to be taken to hospital and shortly before 08.00 it is stated that the fire is under control.
During the early hours of Thursday morning, an alarm was received about an explosion in central Linköping.
– The situation is that it is calm at the site and a broken window. It appears when you get hold of the alarm that this seems to have happened an hour ago, says Erik Creutz, officer on duty at the police in Öst.
Exactly what happened is unclear.
There are no reports of anyone being injured. So far, the police have not opened a criminal investigation.

One man was killed in connection with two explosions outside Brazil’s Supreme Court in the capital Brasilia on Wednesday evening.
Police believe that the man himself caused the explosions.
– We consider it a suicide because there is only one victim. But the investigation must show if that was really the case, says Celina Leão, vice governor of the federal district at a press conference.
The first explosion came from a car in the square outside the court. The second, which also killed the man, occurred near the entrance as the man tried to enter the building, according to the deputy governor.
