In Guinea, no news of opponents Mamadou Billo Bah and Oumar Sylly alias “Foniké Menguè”, who were arrested outside of any legal framework on the night of July 9. The two leaders of the National Front for the Defense of the Constitution (FNDC), which fights against the regime of General Mamadi Doumbouya. They were organizing a citizen demonstration for the next day, before finally disappearing.
