In Guinea, the authorities announced on Friday January 10 the resumption of issuing approvals to associations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Their delivery was suspended at the beginning of September 2024. The Guinean authorities then highlighted “actions to disrupt public order carried out on the ground by several NGOs and associative movements”.
