The damage to the apartment building where the explosion occurred is extensive. The gate is completely blown away and broken windows can be seen several floors up.
Gudrun, who lived in the house for a little more than two years, describes how she woke up to the bang and went upstairs to see what had happened.
– I then saw how the paintings hung on the shelf and became interested in how it looked in general. Then I went to the living room and saw that the balcony window was gone, she says.
When the victims can return to their apartments is currently unclear, but Gudrun herself hopes to be able to return home this evening.
– I think it is very good to live here. I thought I would live here until I move to heaven, she says and continues:
– You just have to take it day by day. It could be good. I count on it.
