The alarm came shortly after one in the morning. The man reportedly suffered several kicks to the head and had to be taken to hospital by ambulance.
He is said to have been threatened for not reporting the crime to the police and a gang of five to eight people is said to have been responsible for the assault. The police have drawn up a report of assault, illegal threats and abuse in a legal case.
