What is friendly fire? Friendly Fire is an annual charity event hosted by Twitch streamer Erik “Gronkh” Range and gamer troupe PietSmiet. During the event, content creators from the German Twitch and YouTube scenes play together or organize entertaining activities.
The whole thing is for a good cause. A total of more than 8 million euros in donations have been collected in recent years. On December 2nd, 2023, Friendly Fire will enter its 9th round. You can find out what the motto is this time and what else you need to know on MeinMMO.

What is the theme of Friendly Fire 9? The event’s main sponsor this year is Xbox’s Forza Motorsport. In keeping with the racing game franchise, there is also a new teaser trailer with a lot of horsepower.
The merch, which can be pre-ordered in the Friendly Fire shop, also follows the high-speed motto.
When does Friendly Fire 9 start? The telethon is scheduled to start on December 2nd, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. There will be a pre-show starting at 2 p.m.

Who is competing in Friendly Fire 9? The cast in 2023 continues to consist of Erik “Gronkh” Range, the “PietSmiet” team, Tatjana “Pandorya” Werth, Pascal “MrMoreGame” Rothkegel, Florian “Der Heider” Heider, Artur “fisHC0p” Niemczuk and Max “PhunkRoyal” Ensikat.
Which institutions does the money go to? Friendly Fire 9 once again supports a variety of different charities, which we have listed for you here. The money is collected in cooperation with the donation platform betterplace.org.
How did Friendly Fire 8 go? In 2022, the telethon ran for around 12 hours and reached up to 86,000 simultaneous viewers, of which around 80,000 were fairly consistently excited. The number of spectators only fell after midnight.
